Our unique foundation and mission

Benjamin Academy Village is founded on the belief that every child deserves access to a high-quality, supportive, and inclusive early learning environment—especially those who have been underserved, overlooked, or removed from traditional classroom settings. Our mission is to develop and uphold best practices in early childhood development by creating a collaborative, community-centered approach that meets children and families where they are and helps move them forward.

Addressing critical needs in education

Within many school systems, including our partnership with Omaha Public Schools, there is a growing population of young children who are frequently removed from the classroom due to behavioral challenges or unmet developmental needs. These children often spend more time out of the classroom than in it, whether in disciplinary settings such as PAC rooms or being sent home early. This cycle creates a significant disruption not only in their own learning journey but also in the lives of teachers, peers, and families. At Benjamin Academy Village, we are intentional about capturing this time, intervening early, and ensuring that no child falls through the cracks

How Can You Get Involved?

Our primary focus is serving children from kindergarten through middle school, recognizing that these are the most critical and formative years in a child’s life. During this stage, children develop the foundational academic skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral patterns that shape their long-term success.
